Hi! Welcome to your growing journey. Understanding difficult situations or changes in life can be stressful and definitely you can be accompanied in this process. Please know that you are not alone. I often see clients who are experiencing pain and suffering through different aspects of life. Starting a therapeutic process can be the hardest decision, but knowing that probably can be the bravest one. I believe that we all can be able to make changes that can help us grow in understanding, self compassion and fulfillment. I have had many fulfilled experiences working with a diverse population, from children to adults, individuals as well as with families.
