I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in the state of Oregon. I specialize in working with clients who are looking for relief from feelings of anxiety and depression and healing relationships with family and friends. By working together, I can help you develop coping skills and strategies to feel more hope and peace about your future and to set healthy boundaries with the people you care about the most. I know that taking the first step to begin the counseling process can be a difficult one, as the decision to make changes in your life can be overwhelming.

During our sessions, we will work together in a judgment-free environment where I will incorporate a healthy balance of empathy and encouragement to help you discover your inner-strength to gain the emotional relief you need to decrease overwhelming feelings and to build the confidence to communicate your feelings with family and friends.
