Welcome! My name is Irene and I am passionate about helping others find a sense of self and holistic wellbeing. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I work with clients by empowering them to learn to create boundaries and foster loving relationships with both themselves and those around them and creating healthy habits. I work with clients on identifying triggers and assist with adjusting the negative mindset to create a more positive outlook. I am a client centered therapist that believes working with the client collaboratively to develop an approach that works best for your individual needs.
