Hello. 20 years of experience led me to a core Humanistic approach infused with CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness approaches. Recently, I was trained in EMDR, a whole body approach to psychotherapy that allows the brain to process info in a fashion that releases emotional experiences trapped in one's nervous system. I have had the opportunity to work with various age groups and cultures - which I feel has helped to better understand people. I believe in the core philosophy of resilience. Everyone has the potential to build resilience and devise his/her unique formula to do so. I look forward to working with you.
