Hello. I am local to San Diego and have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. I have been licensed as an LPCC for 5 years and have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and navigating life stressors. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including couples, families, those facing substance use issues, homelessness, loss, incarceration, parenting concerns and the military population. I also have experience working alongside first responders, primarily law enforcement. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step in contacting a therapist can take courage and I am proud of you for choosing to take that initial step.
