About

I am a licensed professional mental health counselor with experience in both a private and community mental health setting. I am also a certified yoga instructor, using a trauma informed approach to teaching yoga. I believe treatment should involve the whole person (physical, mental, and spiritual). Personal and professional history includes great exposure to a diverse set of life experiences and clientele. My focus is a client centered approach to therapy to help each individual live their best life and I believe, at our core, we all have the needed answers to our life's problems. My job is not to change or fix you; my job as a therapist is to bring those answers to the surface.
