I believe that you have all the resources you need to make great changes in your life. I use solution-focused Therapy, Neuro-linguistic programming, and Life Coaching to combine the depth of psychotherapy with pragmatic goal achievement. My approach is eclectic and tailored to serve your unique needs . What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Our client-therapist relationship will be a true partnership.
