I am a licensed family and marriage therapist, and a Registered Art Therapist in California with 15 years of experience working with families and communities. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, parenting problems, career challenges and stress, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and history of trauma. My therapy style is client centered. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and attachment therapy. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
