About

I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Over the years of being trained and licensed, I have worked with clients from children to adults with a variety of challenges to include but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, and parenting issues.

Knowing that when individuals decide to attend therapy, the hope is to connect with someone that can help ease those unwanted feelings and to help them move forward. While this can take time, my first priority is making sure that from the initial meeting, each client feels welcomed and assured that their emotions are safe in our sessions.

Our sessions are client-centered and can include different therapeutic approaches that are appropriate to you and your needs which may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and others that may be suitable.
