I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have served in the private and non-profit environments. I am someone who believes that every family and individual has a special set of unique characteristics and strengths, and after rapport is established, therapy is used as a guide to assist others in utilizing those attributes to overcome barriers within their lives. I have experience working with individuals and families faced with the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction (drug and alcohol), family conflict, domestic violence and neurodevelopmental disorders (specific to ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disorder).

I strive for others to feel comfortable in their growth, because after all therapy involves a lot of change, and comfort is key in commitment to that. I ensure to be authentic and respectful with each client, and provide an environment that allows clients to feel safe in their vulnerability. This will allow me to help you best as you are able to share your true self within the therapeutic process.
