I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with 10+ years experience working with clients of all ages, diverse backgrounds, and a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, parent/child problems, career challenges, interpersonal and family relationship struggles, and trauma.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, and empathetic. I want our therapeutic relationship to be one where you feel safe, validated and heard. My approach is a combination of attachment and relational and I often find mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and ego-state interventions to be helpful. I will develop a treatment plan and any interventions I implement on your specific needs and goals.
