I am an LGBTQ+ affirming provider. Additionally, I primarily treat individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, & trauma. Do you find yourself struggling with overthinking? Is it hard for you to get out of bed in the morning? Perhaps you're having difficulty navigating & having fulfilling relationships in your life. Maybe you've been through traumatic experiences in relationships. If so, I can help. I use a collaborative approach with clients. You are the expert on your own life and I will work with you to determine relevant goals - keeping in mind that just as life is ever-changing, your goals in counseling may shift.
