Hi! My name is Idolidia Alvarez and I have ten years of experience in mental health counseling. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults and the elderly who have been primarily diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, Post-Traumatic Depressive Disorder (PTSD), etc. My theoretical point of view is cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and what works best for the client/patient I am serving. I am also a board certified behavior analyst with four years of experience working with autistic children and other behavioral issues. It is my passion to help people and would love to assist you with all your needs.
