Hello! My name is Iaoo (pronounced Ee-Yah). I believe in human resilience, autonomy, and that we all have the power and ability to make the changes we desire. I also understand that life is complex and we all experience harder days which leads to normal feelings of hopelessness, defeat, sadness, anxiety, fear, and so on. As a therapist, my hope is to work collaboratively with you to help you achieve balance, heal, and grow from these hard times. I will provide a safe space to help you process your varying emotions and face whatever challenges you in the moment. I utilize evidence-based techniques to support your healing journey and help you find solutions and coping strategies that work for you. Seeking therapy can be overwhelming, but I hope to provide a space where you can be yourself and be heard, and to build the confidence you need to take control of your emotions and achieve your goals.
