I am licensed in North Carolina with 15 years of professional work experience post-licensure. I have a Masters Degree in School Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & anger management. When working with individuals, I tend to modify my approach to meet their needs through person-centered techniques, reality therapy where warranted, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and trauma-centered or informed treatment. Meeting you where you are at is critical for me and your therapy experience.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
