My name is Ian Lithgow, and I have been in practice for over 10 years after receiving my undergraduate degree from Harvard University and my masters degree from Antioch University Los Angeles. Currently based in New York, I have had the privilege over the years to work with a diverse client population with a wide range of concerns.

I have trained at the Southern California Counseling Center, where I worked with individuals, couples, and families in a range of modalities including Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Narrative Therapy. I received additional training at the Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing, and I have worked as a Muti-Systemic Therapist at Catholic Charities.

My passion for counseling work continues to grow as I have witnessed clients transcend their suffering and create profound changes in their lives.
