I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have been licensed for 8 years. In all, I have spent 16 years in the field of counseling. Prior to being licensed, I worked as a 911 Dispatcher for San Francisco for 5 years, a year as a Police Dispatcher for Westminster PD, and 10 years in corporate as a Pension Administrator. I have a wide variety of experience in many different aspects of society, people, and cultures. For 10 years, I was with an agency that provided care through Community Services. I conducted therapy in homes, schools, shelters, and office. I have extensive experience and training in the areas of: Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, ADHD, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Abuse, Fostering, and Parenting. I have owned my own practice and worked in both public and private firms. I am from a multi-cultural background.

When we work together, I will use one or more of the following theories: Family Systems, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and/or Trauma Focused.
