It's my calling to meet you in the counseling space. Whatever your struggle is, I strive to hold that space for you and to explore with you the paths towards clarity, relief, and freedom. In my eyes, you are courageous to seek help, and we all could use some help during those special seasons of life. I was there before being helped tremendously, and now I am in this chair to listen to you and experience healing with you. In whatever circumstance you find yourself, you can safely process things through with me, so that light and love can shine through those places in you and give you a deeper understanding and better regulation.
I have been doing trauma-informed therapy with clients of various emotional, relational, and physical struggles. I have used extensively such modalities as brainspotting, internal family systems, systems therapy, CBT and REBT with positive effect. I have also effectively engaged with clients who desire to integrate therapy with their Christian faith.
How much we wish that struggles could just disappear if we choose to not think and feel about them! However, you may have found that unprocessed trouble catches up and negatively impacts your current life and relationships. I am here for you to process together the issues from long ago or just yesterday or for the future.
