My counseling style is empathic and inclusive to your goals in therapy. My approach combines an eclectic blend of Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Rational-Emotive Behavior counseling styles. And we will create goals that meet your distinct needs.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Wisconsin with 5 years of counseling experience and over 10 years of helping profession experience.

When I am not helping my clients I enjoy getting a great workout, walking, great food and music.
