If you are struggling with questions of self-worth, if you are grieving and/ or if you feel hurt, betrayed or abandoned, I encourage you to take the brave first step toward healingy by entering into this safe space of non-judgment. I desire to cultivate and hold a safe and therapeutic space where individuals feel they are seen and heard.

I provide client centered based support for all. However, I specialize in working with individuals and families struggling with complex trauma, depression, anxiety/ stress, anger, life transitions, and relationship conflicts.

I offer a safe, open space for you to explore your emotional landscape, and process thoughts and emotions. We will also work to learn new ways of coping, and communicating with others. The desire to understand one's self, to feel more grounded and to share a deeper connection with others is a brave and worthwhile pursuit. I feel privileged to witness the growth and peace my clients experience during the theraputic journey.
