Welcome! My name is Hope and I am a licensed therapist in Florida, with 21 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, addictions, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self-esteem, family conflict, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to reach out for help and I am here to support you in that process. I enjoy being creative in my therapeutic approach and incorporating your personal interests. I am compassionate and look forward to helping you navigate whatever is holding you back.
I enjoy spending time with my 6 year old daughter, walking, spending time with my animals, reading, watching movies, and coloring. I am a single mother and try to show her the strength it takes to be a female. My passion is helping people and would love to be there for you on your journey.
