Hi there. I’m a Vietnamese – American trauma therapist and EMDR practitioner. I specialize in treating trauma and helping people flourish. My clients come from many different backgrounds, genders, and orientations. I work with people from 35 different cultural backgrounds, particularly interested in mixed-culture folks. I also specialize in helping people realize their full potential and personal best in relationships, careers, and spiritual growth. My typical client is strong-minded, motivated by learning and development, and interested in removing all obstacles to realizing their best self. I take a holistic approach to healing that includes talk therapy, EMDR, shamanic work, and Buddhist principles. I am also a Feldenkrais teacher and am currently pursuing a foundational fitness and health certification to help people recover their bodies and minds after the chronic stress and inactivity many people experienced during the COVID pandemic. Healing has three stages: identifying the problem, clearing the problem, and then growing into the space that gets rid of the issue. I have taken people from severe trauma to high-level corporate success by following this model.
