Hi, my name is Honey. I am so glad you’ve landed here in your search to find support. I am a mental health therapist and licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota. I received my Bachelors Degree in Social Work and obtained my Masters Degree in clinical Social Work with a focus in Mental Health. I have over 9 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families from various backgrounds and have worked in a range of therapeutic settings: in home, school, residential and outpatient. As a mental health therapist, I experience deep gratitude in building relationships and feel honored to walk alongside others in their journey towards self growth and healing.

I offer a safe and collaborative space for individuals to explore and discover a deeper understanding of who they are. I tailor individual treatment planning to meet unique and specific needs and describe my therapeutic style as gentle, compassionate and eclectic. I utilize a variety of evidence based practices and treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma informed care and solution focused therapy. My areas of focus include stress and anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, motivation, self esteem and confidence.
