Hi!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor with over 20 years experience working with families. I started my career in child welfare and currently work with young adults who are aging out of the foster care system in Texas. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including grief and loss, parenting issues, trauma, abuse, infertility and relationship and family concerns.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am trauma informed. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered and solution focused therapy styles. I will meet you where you are emotionally and go at your pace. Our interactions and dialog will meet your specific needs.

I'm impressed that you are willing to look at the issues in your life that are preventing you or slowing you down to live your best, fulfilled life. Change can be difficult, but often times it is very worth it!
