My goal is to support you in gaining awareness of the impact of these previous experiences on your present lives, goals, and relationships without judgment or shame. Following awareness with education and skill building supports the individual in building the life they hope for in the present and the future. I utilize your expertise on your experiences and collaborate using effective therapeutic modalities to unlock the barriers to your safety and emotional freedom.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist by degree. I am currently licensed in Utah and have been serving the community in Utah since 2008. I work to help people identify patterns in their lives that interfere with living their best life. I recognize that all individuals struggle at times, but the struggle doesn't have to be permanent. I have experience with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family stress, trauma, and addiction.
