Hello, I'm Holly! First things first! I'm so glad to see you here, taking the first step toward positive change! I recognize the tremendous strength it takes to begin this journey. I specialize in working with children and families to help address barriers to healthy growth and development. I have a passion for working with children due to the struggles I faced with anxiety and depression as a child myself. However, I equally enjoy working with adults! Simply put, I am truly just a firm believer in growing through life's struggles and using what you learned to help guide others. My goal is to walk alongside you and your family on your journey, offering encouragement and support, until you are ready to walk independently using your strengths. Together, we will utilize art, play, and conversation to elicit positive change. I enjoy using fun, engaging, and colorful activities to help children and families learn healthy communication styles, coping skills, and self-love and acceptance. I've even developed curricula to teach families important skills needed to tackle sensitive subjects such as trauma, worry, anger control, and healthy emotional development.
