I recognize that taking the first step in seeking therapy shows courage and strength. Moving forward, I will meet you with compassion, empathy, and support. I have experience in assisting with a wide range of issues that include trauma, depression, anxiety, end-of-life challenges, grief and loss, military family issues, major life transitions and adjustments. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, strength-based, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapy. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan in therapy because we all have diverse backgrounds and experiences. I will meet you where you are. We will utilize your strengths and work together to create a treatment plan that is best suited for you. Clients will have the opportunity to develop coping strategies that will assist in managing difficult thoughts and emotions that can get us frustrated, overwhelmed, and stuck. You will be heard, supported, and empowered to take the next steps and maximize your happiness and potential.
