Hi, I'm Holly. I have been practicing therapy in community mental health settings since 2017. I tend to use a combination of techniques and approaches with each client, but I try to use approaches and techniques that will assist the clients best with their current situations. I have experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, and many other disorders across various age groups. I am an expert in adoption issues. I am also an adoptee. I am excited to interact further with anyone interested in working with me. I try to be as transparent as possible so that my clients know that I am a human too.
