Hi! I primarily work with women and women's issues. I have helped my clients overcome anxiety, manage stress, cope with grief and loss, and reimagine themselves after a life change such as divorce or the birth of a child. I empower my clients to find their voice and set healthy boundaries in their interpersonal and work relationships. I strive to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
