I offer care, support, and a non-judgmental listening ear when you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure about how to handle anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and relationship struggles. What is your approach to therapy? I like to empower people to connect with their values through actions that will move them forward in their recovery journey. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I help folks choose things to practice at the end of sessions, ranging from something like getting consistent nutrition throughout the day to focusing on a more helpful way of thinking about a challenge, and I follow up to see how the practice went.
