I am a clinical psychologist licensed in North Carolina with over 7-years experience post-graduation. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I have worked with clients with a range of presenting problems including eating disorders, PTSD, body image concerns, adjustment-related issues, and mood disorders. I take a client-centered approach to treatment planning where you are the expert in your life. During our initial sessions we will work together to identify a treatment plan to assist you in meeting your goals. I believe that respect, warmth, and active listening are key components in any therapy relationship and utilize these to form the foundation of any work we will do together. I am also trained in a variety of therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I enjoy thinking creatively to assist clients in solving problems and work best with clients who are open to trying new things.
