I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including 6 years of professional clinical experience providing counseling to young adults, adults, and older adults in various settings. I currently provide treatment to individuals experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, career issues, and lack of self-esteem and confidence. I utilize diverse treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I hold a Master of Education degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from University of Maine. In addition, I received certification through examination as a Nationally Certified Counselor, which highlights individuals that have met the highest national standards set forth by the counseling profession.

I offer a warm, empathetic, and positive approach all the while creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings are unconditionally respected and can be shared without fear of judgment. Therapy can take place via live phone or video sessions. I do not currently offer live text-based therapy.
