Simply put, altering our beliefs, feelings and behaviors can be a hard-won battle. But people are amazingly resilient! Together we will explore your current beliefs, challenge long-held perceptions, and transform problematic patterns, making life more joyful and improving your connections with others. My approach is not one size fits all and is tailored to fit the needs of each individual, couple and family. It is my belief that good therapy is collaborative and that each individual, couple and family are the experts in what they need. I bring the experience, knowledge and curiosity to help you achieve your goals. Feeling alone is the thread that runs through all painful experiences. Whether it is depression, anxiety, loss, disappointment, addiction, losing our sense of purpose, or other issues that leave us feeling stranded. I will help you to create a map towards the connection you seek. I want to emphasize my ongoing commitment to continued education in understanding the impact of current systems of oppression I am dedicated to fostering a welcoming and affirming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including varying races/ethnicities, sexualities, gender identities, class distinctions, abilities, and religious/spiritual orientations. I have pursued and have an ongoing to commitment to obtaining specialized training, and have access to consultation resources to ensure that I am informed and able to support individuals across a wide spectrum of identities and systems.
