Hello & Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Dayton, Ohio. I own and operate a wellness center that offers both physical and mental health interventions. I appreciate and respect clients from all walks of life, regardless of age, race, sexuality, socioeconomic background, ethnicity, religion, etc. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including, but not limited to: anxiety, academic underachievement, addiction/substance abuse, anger management, bipolar, career change, codependency, chronic pain depression, divorce, eating disorders (including binge eating & obesity), emotional disturbances, family & relationship conflict, grief & loss, motivation, obsessive compulsive, parenting, ptsd, trauma, and self esteem. I have a passion for uplifting and empowering women through life skills, coping skills, and positive self image so that they can truly maximize their full potential.

My approach to counseling is to first develop a trusting relationship with the client by building a rapport and developing a foundation to foster positive change. I do not believe that counseling is a "one size fits all" deal. I tend to utilize more of an eclectic approach, depending upon the clients individual needs. However, I am partial to cognitive & dialectical behavioral, psychodynamic, reality based, and solution focused brief therapies.
