Have you ever felt like you need someone to talk to, but don't want to share with your friends and family? My personal belief is that all people can benefit from therapy. Whether you are dealing with a stressful job, difficulties with family, or just navigating living life in the world. Everyone, including you, can find some benefit in therapy. I hope to help end the stigma that therapy is only for people who have a "problem" I aim to provide support for all people, no matter where you are in life.
