Guiding clients to develop effective strategies and techniques to recover from a wide range of addictive behaviors, life challenges and mental health concerns while helping them to recognize their own personal strengths and talents has been beneficial in helping clients achieve ongoing success and optimal wellness. Her approach is based on a Holistic and Strengths-based model while also utilizing tenets of Cognitive-and Dialectical behavioral therapies, Mindfulness and breathwork with the firm belief that each client's unique circumstances play an integral part in guiding the therapeutic process.
