I am a mental health therapist that has been in the field for 17 years. I graduated from Lesley University, attaining my MS in 2005. I have spent many years working with adolescents, both as a therapist and in the past as a theater teacher. I also have a great deal of experience working with children as young as 5, adults and seniors. I have experience with many diagnostic areas, including but limited to: depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, relational conflict, Autism Spectrum, various trauma and sensory issues, just to name a few. I use traditional talk therapy and various expressive arts therapies in session. I value and respect the client's story and offer support and empathy. I believe that everyone has the power to heal and grow and I look forward to walking beside you in this journey.
