I provide counseling to a variety of individuals in a compassionate, safe and nonjudgmental environment. My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and strength-based. I additionally have a Master’s degree in infant and early childhood development and have a special passion for working with young children 0-5 and with women in the perinatal and postpartum periods. I welcome children, adolescents, teens, parents, and families working through life’s difficulties. Choosing a therapist can feel like a difficult task. I am a firm believer that therapy can be more successful if both the client and therapist are well matched.
