Hey there, I'm Vicky! Have you ever felt "stuck" or feeling like you could regain some type of control over yourself or your life? Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, acclimating to change, or just wanting to make a shift in a new direction in your life, I'm here for you! Acceptance and balance can be difficult to achieve and maintain when life seems so challenging to understand and figure out. Together, I hope to integrate methods towards greater awareness and insight to provide a safe space for healing and growth for yourself.
