I am licensed in Washington with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience of helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, ADHD, parenting issues, and career difficulties. I’m from Japan and studied sociology in NYC and psychology in Seattle to study systemic racism and how it affects the members of society, not only for minority people but also for majority people. I believe that anyone who suffers internally in this current social atmosphere is the one who senses other people’s pain and has a huge potential to become an agent of change in society. It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey!
