You did it! You stepped out and took the opportunity to find other ways of dealing with the struggles, traumas, and unhappiness that many people face today. Calling a therapist can seem to be overwhelming. Still, I will do everything I can to make you feel comfortable and at ease while finding solutions for yourself, and your family, or making decisions that can be daunting. I want you to develop every tool and technique you need to make your life the best it can be! It is hard to pinpoint one particular area that I enjoy the most. Each presents its teaching and learning experiences. Each has its challenges and most significant rewards when helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and work together during times of difficulty. My goal is to help you by being upfront, honest, and accepting of you and the conflicts you are experiencing. Being very Adlerian, I believe that the best form of therapy is an eclectic one that we create together to help you enjoy your life free of the struggles you are experiencing.
