About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience working in Washington State. I graduated from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social Work, focusing on family and individual therapy, along w/a certification in Trauma Response and Recovery, including personal and/or environmental trauma.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and abuse, chronic illness, family problems, caregiver burden, end of life, and grief counseling.

My counseling style is empathetic and solution based. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Depending on your style of learning, we will work together to find the approach that bests suits your needs and learning style. Sometimes this is intensive and others, it's about learning how to reframe your thought processes.
