I am licensed therapist in Oregon with 12+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of concerns including stress and anxiety, depression, parenting issues, & compassion fatigue. I utilize a variety of modalities to meet the needs of my clients with a foundation of being trauma informed and client centered. Most of my professional background has been working with youth and families who struggle with anxiety and depression. I have specific training in multiple subjects and modalities including Collaborative Problem Solving, Trauma Informed Care, CBT, and Narrative Therapy.
