Hello there!
My name is Hillary Langfeld, and I am currently an LICSW in the state of Minnesota. I completed my master degree at the University of North Dakota and began doing clinical social work after graduation from that program. I have worked with a wide variety of populations ranging from young children to older adults. I have experience working with a vast array of stressors and conditions that can take a toll on an individuals well being.
My approach to therapy revolves around you as an individual and what your wants and needs are. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure based technique, and traditional Talk Therapy. Whichever therapeutic approach we use together, I will work hard to create a trusting. respectful, and safe relationship that will allow you to explore and discover your inner self. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, meaning you are the expert in your experiences. I am privileged to be able to work along side those that choose to work with me, and I work hard to provide the support, education, therapeutic modality to assist in providing relief in your struggles and growth to move forward.
