About
Each person generates their own understanding of life. My goal is to help each individual create their own meaning of life and gain a better understanding of the challenges that they may face. From a small child to a grown adult, there is the capacity for change within each one of us. Regardless of age, I look at each client as an individual and treat each person for who they are and the struggles that they may be facing. I offer a supportive, healing environment that is catered to each person’s needs. My specialties include working with children (ages 12 and older), trauma, self-esteem, crisis, dual diagnosis, family conflicts, anxiety, OCD, behavioral issues, blended families, and those looking to facilitate personal growth. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that happens between the client and the therapist to create wholeness, healing, and the ability to change. Each client brings something different to the therapeutic process and I enjoy working with each person and guiding them along their journey.
