I have experience working with children, teens, and adults from different socioeconomic backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with clients suffering from complex trauma, anxiety, depression, anger issues, grief and loss, insecurity, and attachment issues. I like to create a safe and comfortable environment where you feel heard and can process life's stressors and struggles healthily. Therapy can be your time to unpack anything that has been bothering you or struggling with on your time. I take your lead on that and do not pressure you to talk about things that you are not ready to discuss.
