Welcome to my page! My name is Hillary Bilek and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). It is likely you're here today because you or someone you know is in need of help. Did you know that one of the bravest things you can do is ask for help?

I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) Degree in Clinical Studies from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. I received my clinical supervision in a behavioral health hospital working with individuals and their families immediately following a crisis. I have experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and other mental health related issues. I have experiencing helping individuals with family related issues, self-esteem, gender identity issues, and grief. I have a diverse therapeutic toolbox to help meet your behavioral and emotional needs. As a clinician, I am nonjudgemental, I listen and empathize, and assist individuals with identifying and utilizing personal strengths to overcome adversity.
