You may be dealing with trauma, depression, or anxiety. You may be so overwhelmed that you don't know what to do. I will say this to you. Your feelings and emotions are completely normal given your experience. I want to help you by walking with you through this difficult time to deal with the emotions that you are causing you discomfort. Stress, when outside of our control, can negatively impact our relationships, our experience at work and confuse our sense of self. Whether coming from life experience, internal struggles or a mix of the two, it can help to have someone available to help organize feelings, thoughts, and the direction we wish to go I specialize in working with clients ages fourteen years of age and older to navigate through difficulties with emotions, substance abuse, trauma, and life transition. My approach as a clinician is to take the individual strengths, personality, and situation of the person and combine it with the therapy approach that works best for the client. It is my goal to empower you with the tools and knowledge that you need to navigate your current struggles while also developing the resiliency to face the future challenges that may come your way.
