Helene Zupanc is a Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Arizona. Helene is a compassionate and nurturing presence throughout each person’s journey. She utilizes a strength-based approach to help you navigate the process of change, offering you tools, direction, and a new perspective. Helene individualizes therapy approaches to fit the needs of each individual. She invites you to create an alliance with her to work through life’s challenges together! Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Master of Education in Counseling, both from Northern Arizona University. Helene is certified in EMDR and works with clients through issues such as trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression.
