With over 27 years experience in two states, I have worked in both mental health and addictions and I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make in the work that they do as they empower themselves. By using CBT, DBT, and solution focused evidenced based practices, the research is there to prove that these practices are successful in helping you on your recovery journey.
